SHIPPING RATES/DISCOUNTS: In all cases we pass on discounts to you. Our shipping rates are flat rates based on a portion of the actual cost charged to us by the carrier (based on the size, weight & destination of package). Shipping charges above the flat rate are paid by Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care. Ship rates do not increase for our customers the larger the order. Customers receive further discounts & features (tax-free products, promotional discounts, lower prices, larger sizes, more product included & more (see Compare Us). If a customer wishes for us to use FedEx as their shipping provider, please contact us. Note however that FedEx rates begin at $25 per our smallest package regardless destination and increase with size & distance travelled which is why our preference is Canada Post/USPS as our courier of choice.
SHIP COST SAVINGS**: Most companies increase shipping price the larger and heavier the order. Our shipping charge does not increase- it remains the same base price.

LOCAL DROP SHIPPING: Increased Apr.1-21 ($7-Hagersville, Jarvis, Townsend), ($8-Port Dover, Caledonia)
Note- drop ship is a special offer to local customers in the specified areas only. If there are road closures/detours/ drop ship in your area has been temporarily placed on hold, delivery will be changed to Canada Post (a note will appear above for any affected town). Currently all areas are open. Drop shipping must be requested with each order or drop shipping will not occur. Drop ship request is the customers responsibility. No request, no drop shipping-we process multiple orders and go by each invoice. See "Request Drop Shipping" Below.
How It Works: Local address first-time ordering customers who have requested drop shipping will be contacted to make arrangements for a safe, secure drop off (prevent order theft, weather damage etc.) Note that your home must have a regular mail box for delivery (or) a front screen door/a secure location where package may be left.
-Once an agreement has been made, we will make a notation in our records and then when you place an order, you must request drop shipping on all future orders.
-You will receive a notification with the date and approximate time of the drop ship so that you may retrieve your package safely.
-After delivery, you will receive a partial refund for the shipping charged, less the drop ship fee-either provided via PayPal or by Cash with your order.
Note-select a location that you feel is secure as once the package has been delivered safely by us, we are no longer responsible for it.
Request Drop Shipping: customer must place a notation under the special instructions section of the invoice during the check out process to request drop shipping example: "drop shipping-side door" or whatever agreement has been made.
Important- It is the customers responsibility to request drop shipping. If there is no drop ship request under the special instruction section, a shipping label will be printed and your order will be automatically shipped via Canada Post. We process multiple orders and go by each invoice.
*Delays: Holiday season, statutory holiday, customs clearance or unexpected postal delays are beyond our control. Visit Canada Post website for tracking, notifications on special circumstances.
Shipping Address: All orders are shipped to the address on the PayPal, Credit Card or Interac E Transfer Invoice. If the address entered by you at the time of ordering was missing information or incorrectly entered and requires the carrier (Canada Post) to update the information, the post office (carrier) will charge between $10-$15 CDN billed to you upon pick up. If the post office does not identify and correct an error and it is delivered to the address that you incorrectly entered, there is nothing that can be done. Please ensure that the address you enter upon ordering is correct by double checking and carefully entering your address to ensure there are no typos or errors. If the carrier returns the package to us due to your error, fees will apply. See cancellation terms.
Credit Card Authorization: Because transactions are completed online, if our system detects any information changes with your card, you may be contacted by us to confirm your purchase and shipping information. Please do not be alarmed by this. A simple email response will confirm your order and protects our customers from any possibility of error/ online card misuse.
Different Bill-to/ Ship-to Address Fraud/stolen card protection: We have customers that have different last names or have someone purchase items for them as a gift. This is not a problem. We are required by credit card companies to ship to the billing address associated with the card unless an authorization form is submitted. This protects the customer/ credit card holder from the possibility of someone having gained unauthorized use to their card (online fraud & card theft). Although an additional step, in order to ship an order to someone else's name or address we require order Authorization along with a copy of the Bill-To persons Card and Drivers License for billing address confirmation. Contact us for forms or with telephone # for a confidential call. If you do not wish to complete this process, please pay with a card that is in your name/ billing/ shipping address and then ship it to the person from your address.
Risk of loss: Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care takes no responsibility for losses, mail box theft, damages or delays that may occur. Please contact us if additional insurance or signature coverage is required (+charges will apply). See Terms. If you suspect a theft has occurred, please contact local Police to report a mail box theft.
Duty/ Customs: Our products are non-hazardous cosmetics, alcohol free, perfume free. Although there is generally no additional fee upon receipt, any additional tariffs and/or custom clearance fees/ charges are the responsibility of the customer. Fees apply on any refused/ returned/ non-delivered packages. See Shipping Address above and see Cancellation Terms.
Out-Of-Stock-Items: We will notify customers if an item becomes out-of-stock. If we do not receive a reply back from you within 2 business days to confirm holding your order, we will ship the order as is and issue coupon/credit that may be used towards your next order on our website for the single un-shipped/ out-of-stock item. Out-of-stock items are not shipped automatically when stock is replenished. Item may be re-ordered when available-standard shipping rates apply.
Packaging Slip Tracking: For environmental reasons, we do not ship orders with packing slips. Customers are encouraged to refer to their invoice instead. Canada Post will email you notifications indicating that Electronic information has been submitted by the shipper, that your Item has been processed, is in transit, travelling to its destination, has arrived at the destination facility for final sorting before delivery and it our for delivery. If you are not receiving these notifications please check the Canada Post website and enter in your tracking information provided to track your order progress.
Additional Information: Transport involves varying degrees of temperature via ground, air & in some cases by sea to reach its world-wide short or long trip destination. This does not affect our product quality or integrity, however we recommend leaving products at room temperature for 24 hrs before opening to regain consistency or giving them a quick stir with a toothpick if required.
