General FAQ/Terms of Service: By visiting, browsing, shopping, accessing or otherwise using the site operated by Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care, you (the customer) have read, understood, agree to, and are bound to the policies, terms and conditions of the Site and Sale. Note that Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care is not to be confused with any other "Pure Radiance" as we are in NO way affiliated with the products or their business practices. We do NOT participate in "trial" offers, product subscription programs, contracts, automatic product re-shipment or auto-billing. We only ship product(s) that you have ordered manually. The terms on this website are subject to change. If you disagree with the terms of Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care, do not use this website.
Note: All products are listed in Canadian dollars. Stay up to date on website and product changes by becoming a blog subscriber.
Payment methods:
-PAY PAL: PayPal secure payment processor allows customers to make payment with credit cards (Visa, Master Card. American Express or Discover) as well directly from their PayPal account (funds in account or payment withdrawn from bank account). Accounts are free to set up with no fees to customer. Note that we are charged a 5% transaction fee per use. For those Canadians that are able, we encourage ETransfer as payment method. Less costs to us, result in less product price increases to our customers. We offer a discount to those who make payment via Interac E Transfer.
-INTERAC E TRANSFER ($1 discount for using this payment method- We encourage and suggest Interac E Transfer payments to help us save on unnecessary credit card transaction fees.) Interac E Transfer is for Online Canadian participating banking institutions only)- Select Interac E Transfer as your payment method and we will send payment instructions to your email (amount, instructions etc.) Payment is due within 24 hrs of submitting order. If you have not received our instructions, please check your spam box and ensure that our contact email is in your safe sender/ receiver address list.
-SQUARE: For those that do not have a PayPal account, Square secure payment processor works with all issued credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB or Discover logo). Note that we are charged a 5% transaction fee per use. For those Canadians that are able, we encourage ETransfer as payment method. Less costs to us, result in less product price increases to our customers. We offer a discount to those who make payment via Interac E Transfer.
-CASH at Select Locations (Salon Pickup orders only)
Terms of sale: All orders are placed through our secure web site using our shopping cart at https://www.pureradiance.ca & paid in full in Canadian (CDN) currency before it is processed, packed and shipped. All orders come with tracking information to ensure accountability. Customers are to ensure orders are accurate prior to finalizing and submitting payment (correct product/size/color/coupon) to avoid cancellation charges. Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel, amend and/or refund orders. Any refunds are applied in the form of an online coupon/credit that may be applied towards the next order/purchase on our website.
Card Statement: * We are Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care in Canada and not to be confused with any other "Pure Radiance" in the USA. Depending on the credit card you use, they may list either our full name, long name or short name on your card statement. Charges may appear on your statements as: Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care (Full), Pure Radiance CA (Long) Pureradi CA (Short)
*Orders with different bill-to & ship-to name or address- Fraud/stolen card protection: We have customers that have different last names or have someone purchase items for them as a gift. This is not a problem. We are required by credit card companies to ship to the billing address associated with the card unless an authorization form is submitted. This protects the customer/ credit card holder from the possibility of someone having gained unauthorized use to their card (online fraud & card theft). Although an additional step, in order to ship an order to someone else's name or address we require order Authorization along with a copy of the Bill-To persons Card and Driver's License for billing address confirmation. Contact us for forms or with telephone # for a confidential call. If you do not wish to complete this process, please pay with a card that is in your name/ billing/ shipping address and then ship it to the person from your address.
Order Processing: With our advanced-order notification system, once payment has been confirmed, invoices and labels are printed immediately, and orders automatically enter processing. We strive to fully process and ship your order within 3-5 business days.
Samples: Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care provides free random product samples (when available) with purchases. Note that we are no longer able to offer free samples upon request due to the promotion of samples on social media sites and their misuse. These websites research companies that offer free samples and advertise their availability which has unfortunately led to the misuse of the primary purpose of a sample- to test a products texture, viscosity and scent, with the interest and intent of purchasing that product in its regular size after having tested it. The misuse of sample ordering has resulted in some companies either discontinuing samples altogether or charging a small amount for them. This measure ensures that the individual requesting the sample is doing so out of actual product interest, rather than just to receive a product because it's "free". Note: Sample sizes contain enough product for 1-2 uses however do not contain enough product for visible clinical results.
Organic Ingredients:
Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care makes small batch skincare to ensure product freshness and effectiveness. We use truly organic, natural, botanical and Eco-certified, non toxic ingredients. When utilizing ingredients from nature, especially those that are organic, raw, unfiltered, and minimally processed- there may be slight variations from batch to batch. Factors that affect natural variation occur from changes in harvest; this can transpire for many reasons- such as the amount of rainfall to the fertility of the soil.
If the season was a little drier, sunnier, or the plant came from a different country due to a shortage with a primary supplier, then there can also be slight variations in color and/or scent. Plants produce their own unique chemistry based on their environment, so all the shifts in soil, sun, rain, and nutrition may have an affect. A Geranium or Sweet Almond Oil from Bulgaria for example, will look and smell slightly different from a Geranium or Sweet Almond Oil. These slight variations are to be expected and part of the beauty of working with natural organic ingredients as they are a direct tie to the elements of the earth.
Just as with fruit or vegetables purchased from a farmers' market, from time to time, there may be some minor/slight variations in batches with color or scent of the product.
It is important to understand that unlike many larger companies, we do not add any artificial coloring, fragrance, or stabilizers to alter our products to make each batch become identical. We never manipulate or adjust our products just for visual or scent appeal as this would go against our mission statement of providing truly organic products. It is equally important to note that if there are any minor variations or if the products natural ingredients coloring that may slightly alter over time, do NOT affect the product's effectiveness. All products are preserved appropriately. We take immense pride in our products, putting in extensive effort to ensure that each meets the highest possible standards before it reaches our valued customers.
Order Cancellation: Once payment has been processed, it enters into order processing. Orders cancelled while in processing are subject to a 20% re-stocking/ processing/ cancellation fee. Should you wish to have any item removed prior to shipping, a restocking/ repacking fee of $10 or 20% of the product(s) is removed, whichever the greater amount will apply. If product is being added, payment is due within 24 hrs if manual invoice was created or order will be shipped as originally placed. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled/refunded (if you order the wrong item and we ship it to you as per what you ordered, this is not our error).
If you wish to cancel your order because you forgot to apply a coupon code, you may do, however be aware that as stated, coupon must be applied at time of ordering and no adjustments will be made afterwards, therefore the 20% re-stocking/ processing/ cancellation fee will apply.
Incorrect Address, Non-deliverable, Returned or Refused Shipments: Customers will not be contacted if their order is returned to us by courier. A coupon/credit will be issued for any remaining amount that the customer may use towards their next purchase, less a 20% processing/re-stocking/ cancellation fee & less all shipping charges including return shipping charges & less any customs/duty/broker fees assessed/charged by customs or the courier. Orders returned for any other reason are non-refundable as all sales are final.
Risk of loss: Loss that occurs during shipping (for whatever reason) is out of our control. We take no responsibility for any damages, loss or delays. We ship packages with tracking but without additional signature option or insurance. These Canada Post add on features may be purchased under the add on category if a customer wishes these additional services.
If you suspect a package has been stolen, contact your local Police to report mailbox/porch theft. If you would like to add the signature option for shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to request this (additional charges made occur). Your package will then be delivered to your local post office and ID will be required for pick up.
Shipping Damage Claim to Canada Post: Everyone is inconvenienced when a package has been damaged however this is out of our control and we take no responsibility for any damages, loss or delays. If your package arrives severely damaged externally, you purchased additional insurance, and you wish to file a claim against Canada Post, any claim due to shipping damage must be made to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt of package as per tracking date of arrival. We as the sender of your goods will start a claim with the carrier with the information you provide us with. As per carrier policies & procedures photos are required to support the damage-on-arrival claim as well to rule out fraudulent claims, therefore keep all packaging as-is (do not open it) and take photos. Submit all photos and detailed description to us. We will inform you of the next steps of their process. Note that carrier claim processing times are beyond our control.
Packaging: We ensure that all products are packaged securely and thoroughly inspected for shipping. Products are vacuum sealed and do not come in individual cosmetic boxes. By limiting the amount of paper, labels, unnecessary tree usage & waste, we protect our environment and pass down discounts reflected in our product pricing.

Opening Packages/Products: Use care when opening packages as not to damage the inner contents. Carefully open one side of the very outer edge of the package, then slide out/remove the inner package. Gently tug inner packaging to open at perforated tab (if product enclosed in Canada post plastic envelope) (or) simply open plastic envelope. To open creams, remove the vacuum seal on the product by sliding it off. Note that some plastic bags, tapes, shrink wrap, sealing and packaging materials preventing our products from breaking/leaking during transport may have a plastic smell. This is normal and beyond our control- If any scent is experienced, it can/will be eliminated once removed.
Price Disclaimer: Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care provides the lowest prices and discounts possible to our customers, however we reserve the right to make price adjustments and changes without warning, due to changes in supplier prices, increases in import charges, ingredient costs and most recently inflation etc. All prices are subject to change. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or description, Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, we shall reverse the charge for that item.
Promotional Discounts: Additional discounts are offered occasionally to our Blog Subscribers. Subscribers receive a notification of a blog update via email. Within certain blog updates, there may be a promotional discount code or an update, which customers may then apply toward their order under the coupon section of the invoice. It is the customers responsibility to add coupons during the checkout process. No amendments or manual refunds will be made because a coupon code was not applied.
Additionally blog subscribers should inform us that you are a subscriber in the special instruction section of your invoice. We will verify your subscription and from time to time we may provide blog subscriber customers with a free product.
Blog subscriptions not only reach customers easily but keeps everyone up to date/informed with any important insider information including website and product updates and annual vacation closure but will allow for participating members the opportunity to take advantage of additional savings. Note: Participation is voluntary. One coupon per order. Coupon must be applied at time of purchase and is valid for the dates specified within the promotional offer. No amendments or manual refunds for coupons will be applied. Note- We do not bombard customers with posts like other websites- we post only when there is a need to update our customers.
Privacy: Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care respects your privacy and is highly against spam, data sharing/ collection and/or solicitation of any kind. We do not send, nor respond to spam or email advertising. For occasional updates/ notifications from us, please subscribe to our Blog. Urgent Notices are the only emails that we send directly to our customers i.e: temporary online shop closure.
The security of your personal information is a high priority for us. We maintain appropriate safeguards and current security standards to protect your personal information, whether recorded on paper or captured electronically, against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Employees are trained on the importance of maintaining the security and confidentiality of personal information. Credit card information is processed with strict protocols and guidelines that have been established by the PCI Security Standards Council.
Although we take every step possible to prevent the introduction of viruses and other harmful material, we do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the website or the server are free of viruses or other potentially harmful components. This is out of our control, and you assume full responsibility and risk.
Social Media Posting: You are granted a limited, revocable and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Site as long as the link does not portray Pure Radiance Natural Skin care or their products in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive manner. We are not to be confused with any other “Pure Radiance”.
Website Errors: If you notice any broken links or information that requires correction, please contact us to let us know. We are all human and can make mistakes from time to time. Pure Radiance Natural Skin Care works very hard to display accurate information, however, will not be liable for any technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, product label errors or graphical distortions of the products listed, and technical and regulatory documents posted. We may make improvements and/or changes in the information, graphic(s), description(s) and/or product(s) described/ displayed on this website. Changes may occur at any time without prior notice- to receive notice of changes and stay up to date become a blog subscriber. The information is compiled from a variety of information sources.
